NAPERVILLE CUSTOM HOME

The design for this custom home incorporates many environmentally friendly materials and systems including insulated concrete formwork (ICFs), which has an extremely high insulating value and was used to construct both the foundation walls and all exterior walls of the entire residence. A highly efficient in-floor radiant heating system, low VOC emitting paints, recycled cellulose roof insulation, and sustainable lumber are just a few of the additional “Green” materials used in this project. Not only do the homeowners sleep well at night knowing that they are making a minimal impact on the earth, but they also pay less than half of what owners of a similar sized conventional home pays on their utility bills.
