OAK PARK BASEMENT

After establishing a strong working relationship through the construction of a second floor office above their garage, these clients decided to have Harder Bros. design and build a new basement for them. Careful consideration was given to the design and construction of this basement due to the home's historical status as well as it's location in historic Oak Park. No detail was overlooked to accomplish a basement that fit in with the historical context of the neighborhood while perfectly complementing the rest of the beautifully restored residence.
